Think about the things you do, or say, and reflect on their outcome. You may want to change certain things you do or attitudes you have - this is a process of growth and change that can only be done with the help of the Holy Spirit.

You experience many different emotions during the day - review them, see what triggered certain emotions and consider if any change is needed, particularly if the resulting behaviour was not glorifying to God - change is possible, with the help of the Spirit.
